IMPORTANT NOTICE: These Terms and Conditions contain a binding arbitration provision and a waiver of jury trials and class actions governing disputes arising from the use of Zleep services. Zleep Services Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Zleep mobile application and associated services (collectively, the "App") offered by DreamWell Inc. ("Zleep," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the App, whether as a visitor or as a registered user, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Access and Use

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that you are not located in or a resident of a U.S. embargoed country or territory.

License to Use: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the App for any illegal purposes or in a manner that violates these Terms.

Content and User Submissions
You may have the opportunity to post content such as feedback or comments ("User Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive license to use any User Content you post. You assert that you have the rights necessary to provide this User Content and that it does not violate any laws.

Engage in unauthorized use of the App, including attempting to bypass any restrictions on access to or availability of the App or its features.

Use the App to transmit illegal or harmful content or to harvest personal data from other users.

Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including texts, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Zleep or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by the Zleep Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle the personal information you provide to us.

Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration, following the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the Terms and, in some cases, providing you with additional notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is," without any warranties of any kind. Use of the App is at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zleep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

General Terms
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zleep regarding the use of the App. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective.
